How do I make 360° view

Give the sprites a pin behaviour and pin them to the background - will probably work. You might need to duplicate some of them so the 360 illusion works.

an object with Pin behaviour is not working when background is scrolling :s
i added pin behaviour to "sprite", and pin to the background position&angle but he dont follow the scrolling background :s

well its just a scrolling background horizontally , sprites on the top and i want the sprite to say where i put them even when i scroll

I suppose you could try adding the sprites to a family and move that family the same way you move your background image...

well i tried also to add the sprites to a container, but those also don't follow the scroll :s

A container only "links" to an object in a shortcut sort of way - it kinda keeps in mind that these objects are related. The pin behaviour does actual attachment to objects.

How many sprites do you have on top of that background?
