How do I make a "fade effect" for objects?!

Yea 1 event but aided by a behaviour ;) Mine is 3 lines and a group, with no behaviours or plugins (I don't count the 'set opacity to 100' which is just set-up).

Anyway yours doesn't quite match the criteria, to go from 100 to 50 opacity. You'll need to add more actions..

@codah Yea thats true it doesn't go to 50 opacity. Would need to be tweaked. At least the OP has options now.
