How do I make a non rotating turret

Hey, its MafiaX
I need to find out how to make a turret that moves to attack a target within range without rotating.
Best example of a thing like this will be from Miragine war.
I have bullet and turret settings
I need to conserve as much events as possible!

Make a container as helper sprite it would act as invisible turret with display of real sprite.
