How do I make a timer that starts when object moves

Get help using Construct 2

Not like the object is moving, but has moved in any direction. I've been struggling with timer in my game because of this. Getting frustrated.. :| At the moment my timer starts when layout starts, but i'd like it to begin taking time when the main object moves.

The new Timer behaviour is the better mechanism.

Edit: I removed my description and added a capx instead
