How do I make an articulated arm

Get help using Construct 2

Post » Mon Jun 09, 2014 2:08 pm

I want to join a shoulder to a bicep, to a forearm, and finally a hand. I then want to drag the hand and have the "arm" move in a "jointed" way.

I've tried physics joined, which may work, but gravity kicks in.

Pinning isn't great either because there is no rotation of the limb segments.

I'm a newbie, and haven't scanned every post yet. But this is a central element of my game, and I'd like to solve it before doing much more.

This is why you should look before you post.

I found the answer from vee41 from march 2013. So no worries.

(Now I have to just work out how Vee41 did it, but that's just work)
