How do I make character attach anywhere on a swinging rope?

Get help using Construct 2

Hey guys!
What i have done this far is made two non-bending ropes which rotates back and forth around their origin which is set on the top of the sprite. I'm using sine for the rotation.
What i now want to do is make the player which is using the physics behavior to be able to stick anywhere on the rope and follow it.
Dont know if the image will help, but the square is the player and the lines are the ropes. thanks! :D

You should take a look at image points and how they work.

I do know how image Points works.
Didnt Think pin to would work since the rope doesnt change position, it only rotates. But thanks!

you have to disable the physics behavior then pin to rope... other way if both behaviors are active the position from physics and pin wont work.. since they will conflict with each other.
