Tutorial about supporting multiple screen sizes.
You could have found about this tutorial directly in the manual or simply using the search function.

okay this just makes it large in browser but not the phone

Using the Browser action "Request full screen" does make all devices go full screen as indicated on Page 2 of the tutorial.

Certain devices might require the action to be triggered by a user action (clicking a button object on iOS for example).

still not getting any options for full screen even after setting request full screen action

Then sorry, but you are doing it wrong.
Consider posting the capx for your project. Without your code and the exact configuration for your project, there's nothing more we can help you with.

Again, make sure the action is triggered by a user action, this is critical for certain devices.
