How do I make or where is the filled sprite function?

Message: LordViperion can only post plain text URLS until they have 500 rep. 1 URLS modified. Why?
Filled: The image is displayed as with the Simple method but can also be made to “grow” gradually from an empty image to a completely filled one (see below).

I need this functions:
radial fill, vertical fill, horizontal fill.

I would probably do this by way of animation. Create each frame with how much you want the image filled and then play it as some kind of filling animation.

Look at blend modes, with them you can do masks which is similar to the effect in the link. There is a blend mode example that comes with C2.

A simple how to would be:
Add a layer
Set it's property "force own texture" to true.
Add a Sprite to that layer that you want to display.
Add a second Sprite for your erase mask. Set it's blend mode to destination out.

Now the second Sprite erases from the first where they overlap.
