How do I make particles follow player without lagging

Hello, so i made a simple kinda fire particle that's following the player, there's one problem, though.

It's kind of laggy:

Is there a way to fix this problem?

Using Webgl effect will drop some of the fps.

do'nt use too much particles, it will decrease the peformance

I didn't mean that the game is laggy, it's just that the particle is like creating every 0.3 seconds and not every tick.
