try using a particles effect object or sprite object for the snow have its behaviour set to physics, now if you want to shake a ipad or android to make it affected by the motion of the device, (Now i am not sure if this behaviour exists) but i think if you find it is called motion sensor rumble behaviour or something similar... But in order to test it you will need to use a actual device, to emulate this on...

One more question: how to limit zone for particles, so they can't fly through ball (always be inside the ball)?

@Chigabooga
To do that you won't be able to use the particle object as the particles don't interact with anything. You'll have to use sprites with maybe the bullet behavior.
