How do I make Solid behaviour works properly?

The mess is: Things are passing through Solids!
I'm trying to build a top-down shooter game. The enemy, for a while, is behind a wall. But when the Player is near the wall and shoot the bullets pass through it and so do the Enemies and their bullets!

There are several questions:

Why sprite bullets are passing through the solid? How can I fix it.
Why sprite Enemy is passing through the solid? How can I fix it.
WHY THE HELL Sprite-Enemy Light of Sight is on when there is a DUMB WALL in front of?! And how can I fix it :3

Help, please!

make sure the wall is solid, and make sure your bullets are using the bullet behavior. (didn't dl capx sorry)

Bullets aren't affected by solids unless you have 'bounce off solid' set to true. If you don't want it to bounce you create an 'on collision with wall: destroy bullet' event.

You have two shooting events 14 + 15. Event 14 is shooting every second without checking line of sight.
