How do I make sprites spawn only on specific location?

Get help using Construct 2

HI, could you pleas help my resolve my little dilemma?

I'd like to have created my sprites in a specific, limited area of the screen after a touch. How can I set limitations whereas sprites can be spawned?
And on the other hand, how can I setup sprite to dissapear after another one was created?

If you know what the area is you can just use the coordinates in the create function..
So something like:

create sprite at x=random(100,200) y=random(200,300)
I told my dentist I had trouble with my teeth and asked her to fix it without looking in my mouth..

Thank you, I resolved my previous problem with a specific spawn location but now I cannot figure out one more thing.

How can I force an object to dissapear from the screen when another one is created instead of the first one?

That depends on a few things, like:

What does dissapear mean? (destroy? move? fade out?)
Are the objects the same and are they the only ones of that object on the layout?

Yes it is the same object on the same layout so theoretically it could just move, but it would be nice to know both ways :)
I never though of it in a way of relocation but it is practically that.
