Get help using Construct 2

Personally I want to do an isometric shooter game, that is to have a gun sight, but the problem is that I do not know how to do the character to follow the target and give a 360 type in the scenario, I can only do at least 8 directions , So the question is ... how do I make the character take a complete spin, Thanks.

You have to add a lot more frames than 8.

For nice looking ISO rotation you will need at least 16 frames... or you can fake it a bit depending on the fidelity of your graphics. The more HD they look, the more frames you will really need to draw in order to get a nice effect. If you're using pixel graphics (retro style) then you can usually get away with a few shortcuts (like simply rotating certain parts arbitrarily between your "keyframes") but it really depends on how you're doing the over-all look and style of the game.

Look at using a spriter, or Spine. If you want to do it yourself, you have to make a separate frame in the Sprite object for like 60 different directions.

Well you can do it in eight directions, but the kicker is you need animations for each.
Minimal about four frames:
Walk
Attack
Run
Die
That's about 128 frames for the 8dir, for just one character.
