How do I make the little red box go up ?

I just killed another hour trying to make this little red box go up -- be being lifted by the silver piece that is going up in my capx. Both have physics. What the heck am I doing wrong? Why doesn't the red box (that lays on top of the silver lift) not go up??

I'm sooooooooo confused. :(

Physics is handled by the Box2D engine, and is not compatible with the other behaviors. Check the manual: https://www.scirra.com/manual/98/physics

Oh.... Okay.. I don't understand the technical mumbo jumbo... but sounds like a compatibility issue. O well... at least I'm not missing something. Thank you for letting me know. It saves me the time of trying to figure out what the heck the problem was. :)

Ironically though, I can get the box to go down on the identical same lift with no problems... it just sporadically sometimes doesn't go 'up' the lift.
