i want to when the user click for exemple " UP & RIGHT " the sprite of the player start playing a specifique animation, can you help me please

try set to position x,y to move sprite to your layout.. and compare them to global number if you have many position to make. i hope it will help you

well i have a player with 8 different animation for each direction i made 4 basic animation and i am still struggling with diagonal directions

I have copied it from mine, but in my are many other things included.
I removed them, but now it looks little stretched.
I also have not adjust the angles perfectly until now.
Hope thats no problem. You can adjust for yourself.
I dont own the grafic, its only for testing...

Sorry, its r206, so its a stable release, you can upgrade...
Or you adjust the version in the projectfile, but maybe the project wont work anymore.

There is no reason not to upgrade from 204 to at least the stable version r206.
If your vision so exceeds your ability, then look to something closer.
