How do I pause all sounds?

I know i can just assign the same tag to all sounds and use it, but they already use their own tags logic-wise. I did actually make an event that pauses all tags (huge list), but is there a way to tell the game to pause ALL sounds actually playing without listing all tags and repeat the action? I dont need to silence them, but pause them.
