How do I port to IOS smoothly?

So I completed a game and wanted to port it to IOS. After doing research, I found that ejecta was supposedly a good solution, and CacoonJs was a back-up. But I experienced a number of problems, and even found out that Ejecta nor CacoonJs supports webstorage, which means I can't save any highscores.

So my question is: Are there any alternatives that you guys use to port to IOS that are smooth and/or allow some way of being able to save highscores?
