How do I Procedural Animation

Get help using Construct 2

Such smooth and awesome animations, the guy said it's all procedurally animated, it's all physics driven. I've been trying to conceptualize how this can work, is this possible in Construct 2?

@frayt - I'm not sure how it's done what sort of control over physics you need, collision layers or what not, I'm extremely naive :)

a sine behavior and gravity manipulation on platform behavior and of course a good skill to create animation should work it :mrgreen:

I always thought that it was possible in Construct 2 but you need to combine many behaviors for this one or create/program your own behavior or plugin. But another way is using fast animations by setting animation speeds higher and adding more frames in your character but performance is bad for mobile though.

From what I can tell the body is moved around directly and everything else: eyes, arms and legs point toward some target positions. I don't really see any physics other than the jump.

This tutorial is relevant for the arms and legs I suppose. It's for construct classic but it explains it well, and all of it could be done in C2.
