I'm doing a college course and they want us to put our games on to a disc, how would I do this?

Like, so when you click the game file, the game comes up in an HTML5 player or something

As it says in the manual, HTML exported games are not meant to be run locally, and should be hosted to allow full functionality.
If your vision so exceeds your ability, then look to something closer.

Export as a webpage and burn everything to the disc. You will be able to open the index.html file with a web browser.

File > Export Project
Scroll to the bottom and you will find "Node-Webkit"
Choose a folder somewhere to save it to, when its finished exporting you will find the following folders

Linux32
Linux64
osx
win32

choose the operating system of your choice, or just burn all to the disc.

Exporting to node-webkit creates an executable for your game that is stand alone so it does not require a browser or such to be installed
