How do I reconstruct project from ZIP export.

I just lost my project folder, but I have recent export .zip, is there way to rebuild project with this zip file?

No, because the export is generally obfuscated javascript.

Did you not have the autosave /backups set up?
If your vision so exceeds your ability, then look to something closer.

Reverse-engineering projects from zips is deliberately made to be as difficult as possible, since if it's possible then people can steal published projects. You should keep backups.

Ok, another, question, how do I reimport sprite sheets created by construct back as animation. Since the animation grids overlap and they are not same hight ... ?

There's no easy way to do that, since the dimensions and offsets of the rectangles in the spritesheet are buried within the JSON data, which as mentioned previously is deliberately designed to be difficult to use. You may as well just cut them out manually in an image editor.
