Hi

currently i can define the videos in the object propertys and set other sources with events.
http://gyazo.com/e2772fa26829599f62271fb889283065
as i have a big number of videos which i plan to play with this app i would like to ask if there is any way to request external video sources. also those videos will be webm and mp4 and so on. but i dont want to include them into the project as this can get very big.

kind regards
Patrick

You will probably have to integrate an outside JavaScript library into C2 as a JDK plugin.

Something like: http://www.videojs.com/

I don't check the forums much anymore, but I will receive an email for PMs.

Yea, sorry, to my knowledge, something like this has not been done in Construct yet, but the JDK allows for all kinds of amazing things (mostly whatever amazing things the JavaScript community comes up with). You just have to look into creating your own plugin for Construct using that videojs.

There are lots of tutorials on creating plugins for Construct.

You can load videos into the video object source that are not included in C2 you don't need any plugin for that, you just have to set the source of video object to the file you want to play

No, doesn't have to be in the same folder you can just type in the url and it will play.
