How do I save text?

i made the user able to type the name of his player using rex's typing plugin,but i don't know how to save the name he had chosen so the character will named after the name he had chosen,and will be displayed above his head.

You can store it in the Webstorage using the appropriated object.

First, add the plug-in to your project by double click on the layout.
Then go to your event sheet, add your trigger an add an action.
The action is "Webstorage > Save to local/session storage" then choose a key, set your text to save in value.
Your text will be saved at the "key" position and you can access it by reading the "key" position.
And you're done ;D
