Take a look at System Action: Scrolling

Use an event like "Scroll to position" : Touch.X , Touch.Y

I would suggest you to read some tutorials and the manual.

did, but scroll to position sounded like: Scroll to position Touch.X Touch.Y , when i touch in the bottom right corner e.g., the screen instantly scrolls and centers the view there, and not with any touch movement.. thank you i'll try around with that

i dont really get it, i played around with it but the condition is somewhat difficult, "If touch speed != 0" {scroll to touch.x touch.y}

!= means : not equal
he scrolls at an fast speed, which should not be, so my question: How to scroll in a slower, inverted ( from right to left swipe = right scroll ) way?

@Desory, Check this tutorial that I have just written. It think this will serve your needs. There is a .capx file you can download and easily implement in your project.
