How do I set multiple colision blocks on one sprite

Hi everyone,

As training purpose I'm creating a Maze game.
I would like to set two colision box on the green hedge as shown below.

Is there a way to do this? So I could pathfind in my tilemap. :)

You could add two pinned collision sprites and put them in a container.
