How do I Show Ads Using AdMob+Mopub+Ludei

Get help using Construct 2

Post » Sun Jun 01, 2014 7:28 am

I've been following this tut
sci*rra.com/tutorials/781/how-to-setup-admob-ads-on-construct-2-mopub-cocoonjs
without result, the banner is there but it shows only white blank page
Also, since the tutorial is a little old, the interface and the other elements already changed a lot

Any other tuts?

We need to set the admob and mopub backend too and I think there is no way to make it done magically with one click ;)

Btw, no solution so far
No one can do this seriously?

I think it has to do with cocoonjs version. 2.00 do not work, you need 1.4.7 or sth like that. Search the forums, there are tons of posts about this subject.

Just saw your commet at my tutorial ;) I try to help you out. Have you noted these two points?
  • Use the compiler version 1.4.7 in order to use AdMob. I don't know why, but if I compiled it with 2.0.0 AdMob ads didn't show up.
  • Don't minify the javascript if you export your project to CocoonJS. On my end the game crashed.

Or have you this message on your marketpalce tab?

And sometimes it takes a while till the ads are be showed. Keep me posted!

Ah, forgot to post it here
Your tut works perfectly @AndreasR
First attempt, there is an error, my mistake in copying the pub-id

The second one and it works flawlessly

Kudos to you pal for creating such wonderful tutorial , thanks ! ;)
