Well, I can't think of any way to do that other than adding each condition one by one at the event sheet. Each enemy spawn with a different and unique condition so yes, you need to list it.

But if someone figure out a way to solve it in a simpler way I would like to know it too because I have a bunch of games one which I could use that.

It depends. If you can put them all in the same object - if they are similar enough so that you can have instance variables to determine their features and so on, then you can do it by using multiple animations - your green, purple, yellow things are all different animations. If they are so different they really have to be different objects you can't shortcut the way you do it.
My tutorial through development blog is at http://myconstruct2dev.blogspot.co.uk/
