hi guys id like to be able to set up a powerup that when enabled slows everything on screen instead of the player.Right now when using set timescale to something like 0.2 does slow the game like i want but it also affects the player controls and speed how to , instead of slowing the player also ,speed it up a little more than the rest of the objects :D

There's actually an object timescale event you can use instead of the system one. Maybe put the rest of your game objects in families for simpler events, then set the object time scales of all of those and your player wouldn't be affected then.

I'm away from my computer, but I believe it's System>Set Object Time Scale (and then restore)
