How do I stop many continuous particles

Get help using Construct 2

Post » Sat Sep 06, 2014 7:53 pm

This capx is the header for a video I am making, at the end of this sequence there are 17 continuous particles left running. I want to fade them out some how but nothing I do seems to work. I can't even kill them.
Am I doing something wrong. I have left a bunch of actions at the end of the script so you can see I have tried many things with no results :(

Something like this...? Please note that there are 2 events that make the particles fade at a different time. Disable the first one and enable the second one to see the difference.

Well, the capx really speaks for it self :) Either install the beta version or do a search in the forums on how to open a capx file with an older Construct version.
