I believe there are no native expressions for that, but it seems this plugin does exactly that:

1 / I run the application at 7h.
2 / I applications running 7h30. I will have results 0h30.

tamngon dear friend I showed you way to do it. Now from that you must work it out yourself. Say one variable is getTime and second variables is timer. You add timer to your getTime and add it to third variables to display it. Simple and than again not so simple. One has to learn with trial and error.
