How do I test on my iPhone as a native app?

Get help using Construct 2

Post » Mon Aug 17, 2015 6:11 pm

I do not mean test over wi-fi. I want tot est my game on my iPhone as an iOS app. What is required? I have an Apple Developer account, but do I need it at this point? IS this what XDK is for? I have read so many posts and I cannot seem to find a clean path to truly testing. Thanks for any assistance.

I am mainly replying because you have 0 replies and this is almost on the second page.

I dont have an Apple product but i do know that Construct 2 can broadcast a preview over your Wifi router.

I appreciate it @jojoe, but as the first sentence reads..."I do not mean over wi-fi."

Well, I don't exactly know what you mean as a native app but you can always test your game with the CocoonJS Launcher App by exporting through CocoonJS and putting the ZIP on your iPhone through iTunes in the CocoonJS App Launcher and then launching it from the documents section of the app.

Ludei has also released Cocoon.IO. There new compiling service.
