If you set an object to "global" in the properties bar, on the left, it will not be destroyed when you change layouts...
As long as I can move left, right and fire, I'm Happy...

what i mean is a "go to next layout" sort of function   so if an object collides with another, it goes to the next layout

There is a "go to next layout", in the system events, but it will destroy any object that is not "global"

On an Event Sheet, click Add Action > System and scroll to the General section, There you will find the Go To Layout action
