How do you make your art?

Personally I do all 32 bit games (cuz art is EZ) but I wanna see what other people do to create art for games. I use a website call piskel ... its a pretty good website

I use GraphicsGale and Gimp for pixelling. Sometimes I use pencil and paper too. And Blender for animation reference; it's faster than sketching out anim sequences by hand.

First I draw on paper, conceptual things. Like different poses for characters or the shape of geometry, stuff like that. When I find something I like I usually draw the assets in PyxelEdit.
