How powerful is Construct 2's engine?

As title states, I'm curious how strong the engine is. I haven't looked too much into the engine yet, mostly just following a few beginners tutorial. It all just made me wonder how powerful this engine is. Is it possible to create random generated monsters(plugged together from a database), or have an increasingly in dept customizable skill system?

Thanks for replying!

It is stronger than your friendly neighbor warlock, but not as strong as one punch man. Haha in all seriousness, all the things you mentioned can be done in C2 and any other engine. It all depends on which program helps you work faster and more efficiently. Try them out, than decide which is best for you.

You can do anything that JavaScript can do, which is a LOT. We are using randomized input from databases, config files, and other sources for our game. So, yes, all of that is doable.
