How to add a video cutscene to your game?

For questions about using Classic.

Hello, I have a video, and I want it to be my cutscene for my game, how do I import it? And if I can't is there a plugin or will construct devs ever make a way?

Thanks :)

Wait never mind, I saw someone's post, you need to make a video a webm file then import it to files then in the video object make the source the file name like "myvid.webm". WIthout quotes.

That's for Construct 2, not sure of how to do that for Construct Classic as I never worked with video myself but there might be a plugin for it if I remember correctly.
"Construct 4 lets YOU make advanced games! (they wont run anywhere)" Construct Classic - Examples Kit Dropbox is a pile of trash and if you need my old files PM me! :)

Construct 2 has a free version you can try out, and if you'd like to make and sell games that work on both mobile and desktop then it's worth buying. Construct Classic works okay though for Windows-only games.
