Unless your provider supports the CAPX Mime type, it won't allow downloads. For now I'd suggest either Dropbox, or just rename the CAPX to ZIP (which it is anyway).

Well, I have this set up to use mouse click on object. I want it to also work with touch. I tried adding it to the existing condition but that is like && and i want ||, I think. any way. I want touch to work and I dont want to double all my expressions to do it...

Just dump the Mouse - Touch will work with a mouse.
