How to align Player-Angle to a wavey Ground?

Hey Guys!

Here's my Problem:



I tried to add physics to the character, but it causes uncontrolable rotating up and down the hills. The only solution I can think of at the moment, is to align the players angle to the nearest point of the ground's collisionmask on every tick, but i have no idea how to to that.

please help me
