How to fix object not destroying on collision [RESOLVED]

Get help using Construct 2

Post » Sat Dec 26, 2015 12:22 am

My game involves a player shooting upwards at enemies.

To create only one shot at a time, I used this code:

The shot is then destroyed when it touches the enemy (a bat):

*However*, the bat is never destroyed, even though I have this code:

Both objects (Shot and Bat) have collisions enabled.

Thank you for any advice you may have!

Change the on collision event to 2 separate collision trigger lines. Then, in the second line (on collision with bat) add the event Bat Destroy.
I only occasionally visit - I'm learning C# for Unity, but c2 is still a respectable game engine imo....
