Fluid simulation is very expensive and complex, even in 2d engines. People have done it with box2d physics, but I doubt it can be accomplished in C2 without custom code. You might be able to get some sort of primitive looking slime -- primal ooze anyone? -- with box2d as it is, but I really don't know.
