How to make Multiple Ranged Ai shoot individually?

So I have multiple Ranged Minions spawning from the left to kill the right side, but when the front of the line shoot bullets, the back shoots as well in sync..

How do I seperate these?

The actions im using is currently:

Minion | "Spawn(Missile)" at Minion(imagepoint1)
-when encountered at a certain distance, it shoots
-missile is set as a bullet behavior

Missile | Destroy
-missile dies from collision with Minion

Is there something Im missing?
I understand that spawning is to spawn onto every selected Minion as a instance copy, is there a way to split these up?

How can I make the missiles shoot individually?
(The amount of Minions on screen is not a fixed number, they are generated from a button)avatar862012-11-24 20:36:51

i think you are missing "for each" +mabye a timer for randomize the shots

example

ps you can move the purple ones closer with mouse, so they react to multiple enemies

I have it kinda similar...
So the moment I add "For Each" on top, it stops shooting for some reason =/

Heres the scene file
I built one underneath vtrix's previous file =)
Anyways, as u can see..they are shooting and stopping at same time when the line of sight interacts with an enemy =/ Im trying to make them shoot/stop individually
