How to set up for best PIXEL aspect? (beyond)

How should I set up construct 2 to match different PPI resolutions? I am making a pixel style game and already set up pixel rounding (off) and sampling to "point", but when the game is playing and things are in movement, pixels ofter change their sie aspect... I believe this is due to resolution... For example for web the resolution is 72ppi, some phones are 96ppi... So how can I set up for to match these differences?

Don't get me wrong, the pixels in the game are sharp already, the problem is sometime it doenst match the "screen pixels" of where you are playing the game, so sometimes one pixel alone looks like its smallers... Do you know what Im talking about? Please help if you do...
