How to spawn object and attach to other sprite

Get help using Construct 2

How would I go about spawning a long sprite and attach it at the top of the other sprite. I would also like this to topple and tip over both objects.

You can create joints with the physics behavior, see https://www.scirra.com/manual/98/physics

Does not work, the joints are never that stiff... Even with a gear joint with 1 ratio...

Every tick set one objects position to the image point of another and then set rotation accordingly?

I did that, it does not do the trick, the collision between the two objects is also off, I think it just can't be done.

Thanks but once Physics get added to these things it just goes nuts. And I'm spawning it onto a moving object so it's practically impossible. Thanks for your trouble anyway!
