How to stop the camera going too low in scrolling

I am making a platform game and it is getting really annoying as the camera is going too low in the screen. how do i stop this and let it go just about 50px below the player.
any help is appreciated .

ps. i am aware of this ../limit-how-far-down-the-camera-can-go_topic47743_post299509.html ( add the rest )
    but i cant acess the capx Kyatric did for some inhumane reason.
    i did this
    system | every tick                  system | scroll to player
    player | y<200
    but the scrolling doesn't work. help.

The key line in Kyatric's example is:
Every tick -> Scroll to(Player.X, lerp(Player.Y - WindowHeight / 3.0, ScrollY, 0.5))
