how to upload capx without dropbox around?

I have a problem here and I think I have to put a capx file in here to make it more clearer for anyone but how can I upload capx file here?

That's not true. You can still use dropbox.
Only most of the links have changed.

But if you don't have dropbox there are still many available like Google Drive and Box dot com
