Dubble click on a sprite. Then on the left you see two icons. The first set origion and image points. The second below is called Set collision polygon. This one you need tot set the collision mask of any sprite in a animation. Every image i a animation can have his own collision polygon.

When you clicked at "collision mask icon" you must to draw with brush tool mask - then again click at "colision mask icon" and mask are saved)
