How useful would folders be to stack "layers" in a layout

there have been so many times that I wished I could group my layers together into my game projects. maybe its just due to my frequent use of Photoshop that grouping my layers feel like a tool that I can't think of not using it.

how is everyone else's experience with grouping of Layers?

Eh I guess I could see some minor workflow improvements (I use a relatively high amount of layers, about 20). But I don't really see it as necessary. It isn't really THAT many layers to need to group things. I don't mind the couple extra clicks if I really need.

Every tool I use that has layer also has folders - I'd happily welcome the same feature in C2

as a project becomes bigger wouldn't it be more tedious when clicking through several dozens of layers between layouts :L
