Discussion and feedback on Construct 2

Hi,

I have a question about the internal process solving combined cases (if).

Image

Is the complex (combined) comparement faster or slower (or both the same) ?

or How is a combined comparement processed:
- all compares are solved and build the result
- each compare is solved until the first gets false (like the decades)

thank you...

Answer your own performance quesitons with measurements

You will probably just be wasting your time, though.

Both cases exit on the first false condition, FWIW.

it's an oversight that did not get resolved yet due to it's low priority IIRC

EDIT: why-no-local-or-global-boolean-variables_t163602
Game design is all about decomposing the core of your game so it becomes simple instructions.
