  • Hey there,

I wonder if anyone could help me. Im still fairly new to c2 and I gotta say it is truely amazing stuff :D

But there's a problem I've been having that I can't seem to figure out how to do. I'm currently creating a game for uni and I need a level that is quite large that is both equal in width and height. The problem is when I attempt to increase the layout size to increase the height after 1024 it comes up with an error and won't allow me :(

Is there anyway to increase it at all? Thank you for the help in advance :D

  • it's an error with the release version, you'll have to uninstall and go back to the previous one. There maybe a chance you will not be able to open the current project in the earlier version (vet i think there is a work around)

  • I see :) Thanks for the quick response :D Hopefully their will be a fix soon as whole groups all done their work in the new version :o Anyhow thank you for thae answer man great help :)

  • Yes, there is a work around.

Ashley teach me this to go back from r81 to r80.2 (beacuse r81 fails in export).I think it will be fine for you too.

Save your project in a single file (.capx), open it with winrar or winzip and edit with notepad the .caproj file. Search the value 8200 and substitute it with 8002.

Then download r80.2 and istall it: now you can open back your project.
