Individual license and it's resources.

Discussion and feedback on Construct 2

Post » Mon May 28, 2012 8:19 pm

Hello!

I love Construct 2 and it's interface, I think it is a great tool for HTML5 games but not for iOS/Android yet (I hope in a near future).

So, I'm creating an iOS game with other tool and I wonder if I could use the resources that I downloaded with my Construct's Individual License. I want to use some sounds/fx.

Thank you and sorry for my english, is not my natal language.

Hi @ntir, I'm afraid the resources are only licensed for use within Construct 2. We'll have publishing to iOS shortly though!

Wait, what?!

Well spank me hard and call me sally!

Are we talking direct IOS publishing or through an external wrapper like Appmobi or something?

CocoonJS, another wrapper apparently but with native performances.

This post from Ashley enumerates the various exporters/wrappers being worked on.
