Initial frame bug causes runtime to not work

Bugs will be moved here once resolved.

All you need to do is create a new project, insert a sprite, then, with the sprite only having one animation frame (frame 0), close the animation window and set the initial frame in the properties to 1. Run it, and the runtime will not display.

Vista 32bit, 9800gt.
