Get help using Construct 2

I do not know where to ask this question, but can someone tell me how to install html5 i have problem, my game is freeze no one moves??? Pls answer im new here

You don't need to install HTML5.
HTML5 is supported in a modern browser like Firefox, Chrome, IE9/10...

Read this manual entry you should have a better idea on the subject.

To prevent hicups and stuff like that, make sure your graphic card drivers are up to date.

Also, post your capx, there might be errors in your code that make so it "freezes".
If you try the "Ghost shooter" example (which is also the game made in the beginner's guide to C2 does it "freeze" too ? Even after update ?

Also what are your computer specs ?
New to Construct ? Where to start

Yes, i try to make Ghost shooter game and i do it all over again, when it say me to click on play my character freeze. I update my graphic, add capx and nothing help me to solve the problem.
My computer specs:
Gigabyte GA-H61M-S1
Intel Core i3-2100 Processor, (3M Cache, 3.10 GHz)
nVidia GT 630 2GB
8GB DDR3 1333 MHz Kingston
750GB SATA II
What could be the problem?
